Your question is tied to the "What happened"
As I've explained in the past, a bug occurred that prevented TI/SA from resetting, it was connected to the DST issue.
Unfortunately, we couldn't fix it in due time. So we're providing players with the necessary compensation.
If you have posted within this thread during the week, You're set.
However, if you haven't. I'll need additional information.

Compensation is only for the players who didn't get reset throughout the week. -

- Im having issues with Team Instance, i keep getting disconnected when trying to do TI's. Dced back to back like 6-7 times doing team instances today alone never happened before im on server 415 was just wondering if anyone else is having similar issues or knew a fix. I already reset my router, cleared my cache still dcing tho :s
Is this also occurring on the browser? -
