Update on this matter. I have recently got a response from the customer support.
The response was that they need to investigate this matter in more detail. I appreciate their answer, and I will wait for more details. I would have liked though to know the reason of my banning so that I could do investigations on my part aswell
I will also keep this thread active as I believe it is of high importance not just to me, but to alot of players who were or still are in my situation.
