Hello,
I have an issue with a blocked account.
I have sent a message regarding my account to customer support about this. They asked for UID, character name and server number, along with the time and date when I noticed that my account was blocked. I have sent them what they have requested but it's almost 21 hours since then and I have received no response. I am a VIP3 member and from what I understand we should have priorities regarding these matters.
I have paid over 1.5 thousand dollars on this game (easy to check for you guys, I am sure) and it is very unpleasant to see I get banned and not getting any answer from you guys regarding it.
I can suspect it has to do with a payment issue (and if it is so, it's not my fault, since I DID NOT call my bank and ask any refund, nor did I get any money back in my bank acount for that matter, which is very easy to prove). Also, I clearly state that I DO NOT request any refund, I only request for my account back.
I kindly ask you to provide me the reason for why I got banned and what I can do to solve this issue.

I sincerely hope we can solve this issue, as I have paid alot of money on this game. There are alot of people who paid money like me, some of them even more, and if you ban accounts so easily you won't make a good impression and you will make people hesitate on paying for this game.
I can say for sure that alot of people from my server are concerned about this, and they are also affraid of the fact that there is such a high risk of getting banned.
