So, after finding out from some of my fellow guild mates and all, and then sharing the screen shots, its been shown that they recieved compensation for their TI/SA not resetting last week and all.

Well there is me, and some others for example, who didn't recieve said in game mail about it, when we had posted in the forum about our's not working when the bug happened. What is the deal with this if I may ask?
