With ur ninjas i would try
Lightning main - iruka - sasuke

Wb asuma - x - x
3 2 2 3 3 kd to high pet
Sasuke barrier immediately to override enemy barrier and buff urself (if enemy main is running acupuncture u need to time ur mystery just before ur sasuke launches his standard attack which will most likely be just after enemy mifune does his 2 attacks since he has higher power and likely initiative)
Lightning armor on main, hopefully u can kill off mifune first round...
If u did then u can have first launch of sasuke mystery in 2nd round which i would target on mei so she gets paralysed and cant chase enemies mystery.
3rd round u have iruka in 2nd pos that can interrupt either darui or mei, and u c*so launch ur wb asuma mystery again on mei
If u didnt kill mifune first round then wait for enemys mifune mystery to end so u dont get interrupted (u wont get immobiled or paralysed on anyone except iruka cos ur running root), use up all ur teams standard atks to benefit from ur barrier then use sasuke mystery on mei at end of the round but before round 3

ye i still agree with u on the debuff part so whatever build he is using becomes useless. But if he is using the anbu i dont think that can be debuffed, same with mifunes buff. But yea it would remove RoW if thats the main issue.
Looking and just guessing its that Yuuuki guy he is either going for using lots of skills round 2, or he is going for tanking round 1-2 with the swordmans infront and accupuncture if mifune does combo accupuncture if mei does combo, accupuncture if mb does combo (this way its not Calm Mind build) if he goes calm mind its just the 2 first, giving us his summon and talents would help more. But atm he is running a nice build nice AF tbh danzo,hidan,mb,mifune.
And yup the Darui barriare does boost Mei (darrui boost water and lightning) + mei has her 25% offensive against male characters + the anbu skill. Idk seems a weird build but its actually not THAT * its a funny one lots of accupuncture chances etc.
Your f2p with nice power, but i have to tell you you wont be able to beat this guy atm with f2p ninjas only =/ -

Looking at your team... the main reason he is winning is cause he can start his combo with position 1 while you can. You must rearrange your team this way:
x - x - x
x - kimi - x
sasuke - Iruka - MB
This way you c*e your chidori blade shadow turn 2 to start the combo. Your main focus should be killing mei, as she is the only one with immobile in his team. Sasuke in turn 1 will replace the barrier and buff your main DDs, so it's irrelevant which barrier is on. Just proceed to umiliate him. -

Putting his main in position 1 instead of kimi wont make a diff. Enemy mifune will still most likely get his mystery off first since he has higher power (and therefore probs initiative)

I posted a strategy with his existing ninjas so i think he can win! But need him to try it to see if it works -

honey. removes all buffs means all buffs.i know anbu will still be active. i'm pretty sure u get the healing but not the dmg increase.

Even if i put my main in move 1 his mifune is still faster than me and just immobile with his mei -
