Looking at your team... the main reason he is winning is cause he can start his combo with position 1 while you can. You must rearrange your team this way:

x - kimi - x
sasuke - Iruka - MB

This way you c*e your chidori blade shadow turn 2 to start the combo. Your main focus should be killing mei, as she is the only one with immobile in his team. Sasuke in turn 1 will replace the barrier and buff your main DDs, so it's irrelevant which barrier is on. Just proceed to umiliate him.
