I just recharged 250 ingots, but did not recieve them. I was however charged for them. I then tried recharging $1 two more times with different cards and different browsers, both charged me for the ingots, but the ingots were not recieved.

I did this recharge to afford Jiraiya Sage Mode at 20% off which was time limited.. I hope something can be done about this as the recharge was not my fault.
