Hello,
It is HitokiriSnake from S62:Hanzo server.
In the date of 03.20.2017 i did an in-game transaction without the needs of "igot" or "coupon".
After the transaction; I lost the item i got because of a little mistake. That mistake costed me 6 months and 70000000(70M) coins.
I reported the situation immidietaly to Customer Support but they said there is nothing they could do. It doesn't make sense that they can't fix a problem this small. I just asked them give me back the Quick Rune item that i bought. They refused like i said and now, i dont reach any Customer Support...
I did not know that game works that way.

what was your so-called in-game transaction? And what did u get from that transaction? And how did you lose it?

So was the mistake due to their part (i.e. a game glitch/bug, etc) or your part (i.e. accidental fusing/selling of runes, etc)?

Cause if it was their fault, maybe they could have done something to address it, then yeah, maybe I'll agree with you that in this aspect of support, they are lacking.

However, if the fault lies in you, then I see no fault in their support here.

the Quick Rune item that i bought
I tried to upgrade it with yellow rune. And never done it before. So yellow rune swallow my purple one... English is not my first language, so person like me can do easy mistakes. And i believe that mistake can be undo with Supports. But they refused it like i said.

Agree with that. But they can help if they want. It is not that hard. There is no guide about Runes. Just one warning. And i read it wrong. My 6 months gone.

Quick runes aren't 700M. 20k Practice Points at most is like 75M, maybe more or less. Then getting it to lvl 11 is only like 10m.

I dont think customer support has the ability to adjust your account or anything. Believe it or not, your 70M is gone forever and u have to start over

Unfortunately, we can't undo that mistake.
Runes have a set rarity and the rarer the rune, it'll absorb the lesser rarity rune.

We strongly encourage players to remember to lock their wanted runes.

I'm sorry, but unfortunately, there's nothing we can do.
