It is HitokiriSnake from S62:Hanzo server.
In the date of 03.20.2017 i did an in-game transaction without the needs of "igot" or "coupon".
After the transaction; I lost the item i got because of a little mistake. That mistake costed me 6 months and 70000000(70M) coins.
I reported the situation immidietaly to Customer Support but they said there is nothing they could do. It doesn't make sense that they can't fix a problem this small. I just asked them give me back the Quick Rune item that i bought. They refused like i said and now, i dont reach any Customer Support...
I did not know that game works that way.
