Okkk. I've tested and seen too many times on my own team and enemy team(s)

Mabui does remove all debuffs in 1 heal.
Does "bad state" me*l debuffs in 1 unit?

I'll try to screenshot when one of my team has more than 2 debuffs before Mabui heals to prove this.

Just bug description in game, yes she can remove all debuff/bad state.
