there isnt anything "Special" about kabuto aside from the fact that he can heal. When you want to build a team "around" someone. They should have a very useful skill.

You might want to try to build around Kabuto's Poison damage, or Shikamaru's immobile. ETC. something very useful.

If you get sai however, a good team would be Kakashi, Sai, Kabuto + ninja that can create knockdown.

Kabuto's most useful skill for you is human experiment, put him on a team with cursed ninja that have a skill activated by being hit, and he'll build that up while healing them the damage. Kimi and Tayuya would be a good choice, kimi as your tank and Tayuya for added cc with her double sleep.

Kabuto is a source of double heal disposable clones and high float from kd which is kinda rare before lv 50 obviously water main can do dissection blade too but its good for other teams both sai and kabuto kinda take same spot with karin. I think that Kabuto is an extremely great ninja teamed up with Kimimaro. Azure Fang is also another great option since she has healing tips, healing jutsu, advanced healing jutsu, and water trumpet jutsu. You c*so use Great ninja war Hinata or regular Hinata for acupuncture and defense. If you are advance, Kimimaro and Kabuto is still a great option with Cursed Hidan and Lightning main. Kabuto with a tank-defense ninja a great to go combo as he helps that ninja gain resisteance and defense. It doesnt matter if your Kimimaro is 2 or 3 stars or higher. Tsunade can be a replacement for Kabuto since she deals more damage and can cause chaos. A heavy healing team can include him because he can heal 2 ninjas while his passive activates so that they can receive a good healing with that healing tips. A heavy healing team has to consist of water main with healing tips, ninjas who can heal others, 1 ninja that is a tank-defense , and has combos that fit together and deals an ok amount of damage.
