Hello

we checked your "problem" . You received Gaara fragments at (US west time) :

2016.08.08 at 19:07
2016.08.09 at 21:35
2016.08.13 at 06:39
2016.08.14 at 09:21

The 3rd day is normal and you can't get Gaara fragments during that day. And your Gaara was upgraded to 4 start at 2016.08.14 at 09:21 (US west time).
