ok,not sure if i understand what you're saying but paralysis lasts about 2-3 turns,which might be the answer to you're question?

jut that the paralysis in general lasts for 2-3 turns(not sure which ones)not just for tenten but for everyone

As far as i know, strong cc (immobile, chaos and ignite) will last only one round unless said otherwise (i.e. itachi susanoo's 2 rounds of chaos). Debilitating cc (like poison, tag, acupuncture) should last 3 rounds.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think if your characters get hit by paralysis after they already use their standards, the paralysis will carry over to the next round.
