Guys check your mails in the game the first compensation mailis bugged the compensation is in the other 2 mails in total 100 coupons 1 seal scroll and 1 Stam Pot

Yes, The first compensation email was bugged.
However, it was corrected it by sending two additional mails containing the right compensation.
