Question with your Replays

So i recently found out that Naruto Online has a built in replay function to save and download your previous battle.
However upon downloading a replay and trying to open it my computer is unable to find a programme in which i can view it in.

I tried sending it to my friend who has the mini-client downloaded and still unable to open it.
Is it not possible to view the replay outside of the game or is the function forgotten / unfinished?

I'm curious to be able to get my replays saved onto my computer and able to view / upload them.
Any info would be appreciated.
