That compensation was for the bug in all UK servers that causes battle to freeze, after that maintenance on Thursday, and they needed to take all UK servers down again.

Its not for the TI/SA bug.

Well, I'm in LA server and i got the comp anyway, so the question remains, why didn't he get the comp.

I wonder what region he is in, maybe HK didn't get it? whoever knows...

Every server received the compensation mail.
Do realize that the first mail that was sent was bugged.
