and that thing in the 100 was actually 100 seal scrolls but they did that and we can't get it. just a guess

there was a bug after the update that froze your client during fights, but it got resolved pretty quickly (was around for about 1h) so most players didnt even knew that there was one

There is also no real thread for it, the "notice" was buried in middle of the event thread here:
