Well, tbh there isn't many options you have there to run Iruka with. You don't have any ninjas that would fit in move 1. If you had someone like Sage Jiraiya you could put him with Danzo and Fire main.

If you want to go water main you could go: GNW Tenten, Mabui, Iruka. Buff Tenten and use her mystery round one.
