Every item that can be obtained in these can have a discount between 10 and 40%. It's just that 30 and 40% are rare.

I just want to know if ANYONE has got 30% in mood scroll, i got 40% and 30% on other items but not in mood scroll, i dont know if it is a bug or that im unlucky so i want to see if it is possible or oasis is just trolling....
