it is bait, you have to know that 100% of the things (I mean rewards wheels pulls etc) are all 100% fixed, I mean we already know team instance rewards are fixed,lucky star wheel is fixed,rare ninja pull rates are fixed,gold summons have a fixed rate. so I wouldn't be surprised if this was fixed too and also 30% mood scrolls in the current event is a rebate reward which you can get by spending about 3000 ingots.

I just want to know if ANYONE has got 30% in mood scroll, i got 40% and 30% on other items but not in mood scroll, i dont know if it is a bug or that im unlucky so i want to see if it is possible or oasis is just trolling....

Long long ago, in the first such event, I believe one or two things (and only those one or two things) had a 50% discount (when they said the max was 40%)

I have since stopped bothering because dice event is like 70% discount on all the stuff you get (thou you can't control what you get except for the exchange, it does give a few mood scroll tool). But the point is, it is very possible that different items have different discount cap, and therefore it might NOT be true that everything can be 10-40%.
