1＃ Go ToI've long got over lightning mains 5 standard attack but what really :@annoys:@ me is the fact that he can cause debuffs like knock down and high float. How the f:@ck is that fair? It's almost a full chase by himself and then you let them run Anbu Special Tactics. SERIOUSLY? Nerf this bloody class. Move anbu tactics to another passive line so they can't at least run root of the warrior at the same time, ffs. -

Hey, first off, lightning armor gives 3 standard attacks when you're using root of warrior passive. Only when you use bloodthirsty that you would get 4 standard attack. But even so, the only way to get 5 standard attacks that you speak of, would be another ninja giving him another standard attack. (Bee, Kurotsuchi, etc.)
Secondly, there are many ways to stop lightning armor, which one of the more notable ways includes upright interrupting that mystery in the first place. What doesn't exist isn't a problem, right? ;P This would get rid of 2 of the standard attacks already. Furthermore, there are so many useful ninjas that can do that, including Ao and Iruka etc.
Another way to do it is to use Hinata's mystery, or pray Neji could do the same for you (but which you can interrupt his mystery regardless). You c*so just clone spam, and hope they're thick enough to eat 2 standard attacks and ultimately negate that lightning armor by half. (Kabuto clones, Main clones, puppets normally can do the job) They're pretty useful in lower levels.
You c*so consider using BD's new mystery, alongside kurotsuchi to shut the lightning main down before he can even attack. This one is pretty useful against Root of Warrior teams (the bane of my existence :@) but can only be used in the later levels.
If you're scared of chase, leave someone that have super armor infront, or can tank a few hits. These includes Gaara, CF, or even Hinata and Kimimaro.
If you're scared of Anbu taking effect, use ignition, use immobile, use control, wait for his main to attack first before you trigger your combo.
There probably are more solutions to this apparent 'issue' that you face. Just think a little about what YOU can do about this before you start complaining about something that clearly has its own flaws as well. -

This made me chuckle. So it doesn't matter if fire could sleep/ignite as AA, leech like lightning, clear debuff/shield as mystery, deal way more damage to summons and reduce opponents' resistance?
Or how water can deal multiple chaos, cancels shields and buffs, heal for both AA and mystery, gives poison for all her side attacking?
How about earth generating crazy shields, can't be combo'ed, give everybody extra attack, wb asuma buff?
Or wind resets all cd while removes all debuffs, keep generating clones that could attack, can do giant rasengan mystery back to back like fire, leech hp if receives chakra?
All characters got their pros and cons. I don't see any point to whine about. lightning was nerfed when they changed root of warrior passive. If i recall correctly, last time it increases all swordie's attack by 40% instead of now 100% resistance.
...also knockdown/high float debuff? dude what? -
