i got her, and i like her for she is really good. But if you already have some frags i would wait for an event to give sailor sakura frags, so you would have to pay less.

Yeah I am trying to get her, but for 3.8k seems a bit overpriced. the last time you could get her fragments in an event was in November or December so I assume she will be around soon. Your choice in the end. I am gonna wait till I can get her single fragments since I already have 34.

That is too much to pay for her all at once, she is not uncommon in events so just wait for the right one. She is good enough to be considered broken :)
