Don't use that version of chiyo. She isn't very good unless you're doing arena, high star rating group instance or ranked battle.

If you are desperate to put her in, then you could try with neji tank and kankuro for damage (even though his ninja war version is so much better as well).

chikamatsu chiyo is the one to use as it can create team combos 13+ hits. that chiyo doenst respawn her puppet and doesnt heal it either, even though its bulky when its gone its gone and she just there at that point to revive.
