- I don't know. I understand that barriers cancel each other out, but onoki is the only one to say "if a barrier is activated"
Wording is definitely wrong, you can cancel the kage's passive barrier with "manual" barrier.
It can be used to outplay and overwrite vs someone who has kage in their team -
