Here are the ninjas I currently have, does anyone have good lineup suggestions on what I should use? My current lineup is with Naruto, Kakashi, and Kabuto.

Heya,

I'd personally go with Scarlet, Sasuke, Hinata, and either Sakura or Shizune. After that try your best to get your hands on Karin/Kabuto to take your healer's place. While using your "Fire Style Dragon Flame Jutsu" and placing your main up front as the first attacker you'll be able to do well up until your 50's :)

Fire is pretty good with a control focused setup. The Sleep skill is godly (need to use genjustu mirror so it *s). So maybe a team that focuses more on interupt and immobile may be better in the long run.

Kakuzu and Tobi make a good team especially when paired with Hinata. But I am always looking for suggestions.
