DON'T spend if you're on a dead server, you're gonna regret it.
Also, don't buy seal scrolls for Sage Naruto, it's not worth it.
You will get mags easy, you wanna spend for power first then depending on how much you're able to spend you can spend on ninjas, ALWAYS go for power, power is gonna last, ninjas aren't :)

On refine for sure. Initiative is the most important stat in the game. You can buy refine runes during events with 30/40% of discount and use them during the refine rebate(like this week) so you'll save a lot of money too.
Save all scrolls for the Kage Treasure because it's the best treasure right now.

how long is your server open, servers are always active in the begining, maybe wait to be sure will it remain active. Lot of servers are active a month or two then drop. In lucky board you get best for your buy, just don't go for ninjas and wait till kage treasure for your scrolls.

Thanks for the help guys. I will definitely use the events. I have one more question. I plan on spending $400-600 every month and I was planning to spread out my purchases but I want to know if there are events where you earn more ignots?

great... you will be the strongest in server 290+ , without team instance items, without the exp from the world boss event and who know's what else you won't see, just because there won't be enough players active for that! or ........ you could join a big active server if you want to be strong and famous ! (server 1-5)

You should always spend your ingot based on the rebate amount: Monthly Card (600%), Daily Spin (~220%), Jonin Medal (200%), Weekly event that can range from 200% (spend 50k get hokage tsunade) to 150% (spend 40k get minato kage). Also always try to recharge in week that has recharge rebate like this week
Event that offers stuff at a great discount: Daily Discount (maximum ~50%), Treasure of the Sage (~30%), most event has at least a 20% discount
Never spend on event that offers no discount like this week one-ingot sales
Also if you're able to, try to recharge at least once everyday since it gives you 1 extra daily spin

If you are going to spend money on ninjas the only ninjas that are worth buying are : Sailor Sakura, Cursed Hidan (NOT THE NORMAL VERSION)and Hanzo the rest are not worth but most important is sailor sakura and cursed hidan otherwise only spend ingots on power whenever there is discount you want to focus most on cave runes, refines and battlearmour..they give you initiative and more omportant stats..magatamas come naturally you can spnd on luckyboard for that. never buy seals just be in a good group that gvive out packs and if ur really * you can get free hokage minato by recharging 40k ingots and getting danzo and killer bee to 5 star seems like a good idea but power comes frst make sure you are are around 60k-70k powerso in order: power,sailor sakura,cursed hidan,hanzo,hokage minato,danzo killer bee (From kage treasure) This post was last edited by 109***@google at 2017-3-13 01:37 This post was last edited by 109***@google at 2017-3-13 01:40
