Yeah. I had this question before about 4 times over the past 2 months or so.

2 times I answered Kakashi and got it right. 2 times I answered Kakashi and got it wrong.

It is wrong.
The question specifically ask for what you get when you complete it for the FIRST TIME
which I believe is sasuke. Read the questions carefully.

Yeah. I had this question before about 4 times over the past 2 months or so.

2 times I answered Kakashi and got it right. 2 times I answered Kakashi and got it wrong.

I'm fairly sure the question where kakashi is the right answer (i.e. not first time) is gone now, I have not seen any question of that sort in about a month. All the instance-ninja questions I have been getting are the "first time" ones now.

there's no sense, because u can get Kakashi and Sasuke fragments to... The question it's not correct and fair. You can do a lot of difficult questions and avoid the word games

Most legitimate exams always have these types of questions in there to see if you're actually paying attention. If it mentions the first time you clear it then it's referring to the clearance rewards and if it doesn't then it's for the normal clear. Spending another second taking your time to read the question is a lot preferable to rushing through and getting them wrong.

It's a trick question meant to test attention.
And it's successful too as it fools a lot of players : P
