Instead of storing exp past level cap, how about simply converting any excess exp you gain into coins? We will always have a use for coins thanks to eight gates.

Players who are at level cap will still gain benefits for doing daily missions, and they will not get bored from instantly hitting the level cap whenever it get raised.

    That said, your statement isn't true, there is hard cap on 8 gates at lv 11, and a soft cap at lv 9 (where the stat gain vs cost drop by 4x, making it pretty much useless)
Except it'll take years to hit said hard cap. Which is good enough to keep people busy....

Assuming you can even get 4 sets of red in the first place... which will take years by itself.

No not really. You'd just keep dumping coins into trying to get red, and selling the other chakras isntead of collecting. So no, coins will remain useful for many years.

  • cool idea, i rather have exp stacked myself but its an nice option. Lets make a "barging" for both parts.
    You can cap up to ex. 500% after that it goes as u said! "win"-"win"?
Probably 200 - 300% is ok, 500% is likely too much, and would not resolve the issue of players instantly capping and getting bored.
