This is problem with every single game and their players. Before you start playing any online game, make sure to check Terms of Service. You would know that :

"Your purchase of Virtual Currency is final and is not refundable, exchangeable or transferable, except in OASIS's sole discretion. You may not purchase, sell, or exchange Virtual Currency outside the Service or outside the transaction platform OASIS designated.
