I want to do a chargeback because I am pretty pissed off, I topped up $40 and only got a 3 star ninja, Baki? frfr? $40 and thats what you give me. I wasn't expecting the rarest characters, but at least like orochimaru or something, but really baki? I spent over $80 on this game, I want refunds please. Hey there,

I'm sure you knew before recharging that the seals don't necessarily always give you the characters you wanted, but sometimes they do and I'm sure that the game doesn't make refunds based on seals that have been used up.

I'm sure next time you'll definitely get your Orochimaru :)

I don't know why people spend their money to get ninjas...when they knew you can't get that ninja you want because of RNG...and it's not possible for a chargeback just because you got baki...bad luck today

I'm sorry but we are not providing players with refunds.

This is problem with every single game and their players. Before you start playing any online game, make sure to check Terms of Service. You would know that :

"Your purchase of Virtual Currency is final and is not refundable, exchangeable or transferable, except in OASIS's sole discretion. You may not purchase, sell, or exchange Virtual Currency outside the Service or outside the transaction platform OASIS designated.
