Hey

I'll try to answer to the best of my ability.

1.) Depends on the age of a server. Some events require 7-14 days of server creation before becoming eligible. If I'm not mistaken, both require 14 days.

2.) It's meant to work like that. The Fox will generally scale up with the age of the server (and participation) becomes harder and longer to kill. It's intentional so don't fret.
