The login problem that some players experience during the last 2 days has been fixed. We ask all affected players to clear their cache and try logging in again. We have tested it, however, discovered that a small number of players may be still being affected by it, even though it has been fixed. We ask that these players try the following to solve this issue:
1. Change your DNS to 8.8.8.8 (more instructions can be found at: Here).
If this step still proves to be ineffective, we ask that you please provide us with the following information, which can be posted on this thread: a) Server ID, b) Character name, c) Country of Origin*, d) Internet Service Provider*, e) VPN work(yes or no). Also, please attach a print screen of the login error you encountered which is not allowing you to play the game.
2. If this step doesn't work, the second recommended step is to try using a VPN (more instructions can be found at: Here Remark:(1) Fields with "*" are fields that require being filled (2) In order to solve this problem completely, we ask that players who can login game after using VPN also leave your information (mentioned above) there.
