Those Plot Instances helped a ton for people who haven't reach that. I was only 86 after the cap increased. I finished all the Plot and Elite Instances, and I become 89. That's how much exp the new instances gave.

Where is the problem?
I was lvl 85 for a long time and collected more and more EXP.
When the cap increase happend, I was around Lvl 89 and had 74%.
With the story missions I was lvl 90 in 1 hour.

No they didn't. I started at 86 I'm only level 87 after having done all the new instances available to me.

I definitely jumped from 86 to 89. Including that sweeps for the day without using Stamina potions.
