  • Those Plot Instances helped a ton for people who haven't reach that. I was only 86 after the cap increased. I finished all the Plot and Elite Instances, and I become 89. That's how much exp the new instances gave.
No they didn't. I started at 86 I'm only level 87 after having done all the new instances available to me.
