That's 60 days restriction is the time for you to prepare. I guess it's not hard to find that people are crying all over forum about they constantly got matched with people who use premium ninjas and has really high initiative than them. It's safe for me to say that even if you get cross arena right away, it's not good for you cause you pretty won't stand a chance in it anyway.
So my advice is trying to ask players in your server to do arena, use world chat and keep asking them is better.

Thanks. But I think the problem is there are no players on my server that qualify as matches for me in arena. I created *t who always gets an opponent within 5 minutes. Its never my main of course.

That's unfortunately against the rules and you can be banned for using *ternative account on the same server.

As explained previous, there's a 60 day restriction on newer servers to allow natural growth so the server itself can climb and experience their own style of playing.

This isn't a bug. It's intended.
