VPN does not work

Problem on browser. I'm on mac so I can't get the client

White screen with red text saying "Error: Failed to retrieve requested URL" then a blue link with whatever Oasis website I'm trying to reach. Can't post screenshot because of the way I'm posting this, but it's on my facebook reply on the post "Update about DNS Problem." My facebook name is Jean Keku. Please fix this problem for me I've waited 3 days and I've submitted this form 3 times, on Facebook, Tobei's thread, and this thread. I really just want to get back to playng.
