Can someone tell me how to change my dbs / ipv 4 on mac.

Problems with logging on regularly, with changed dns and ipv4, and slso tried vpn it would load game up to 14% then stop and gave a contact customer support message.
Vpn didnt work
Problem on browser as i am on mac
No error page on my normal wifi the website wont even load, on a vpn it pauses at 14% and gives contact customer support message.
If you could look into this that would be great, as i really enjoy Naruto online.
