I did it with my nine-tails team, Iruka - Ukon/Sakon - GNW Kiba - Lightning main.

Lightning armor, beam of light, chase doesn't matter, anbu assault, clone, chameleon.
(The snake has bloodthirsty, so it gets extra attacks when it kills someone with a regular attack)

Is it the one with manda? If it is, don't bring clones, as the "stinking snake" has bloodthirsty.

The closest replacement I can think of for Iruka would be Guy, but I'm not sure if that'll still work since Iruka's 10 hit chase really made a big difference when I beat it. It won't hurt to try though.

I switched Naruto out with Tsunade and went on from there. Managed to beat the snake with that team. Yeah, the probably was the clones.
