Can't see convoy

I just saw a guy doing S run of Convoy. I clicked the refresh *on of Plunder's window and that guy doesen't shows up.
I knew that he wasn't plundered, cause my groupmmate was on the way of that player, and see him run free and happy, like a *erfly. So, i ask if is possibile that i lose also SS run of someone.

No, it's not a player of my group.
No, that was not plundered, cause a talk to him 1 minute later that happent and said me that it was no plundered.
It's a level 65, i'm 85 and i've plundered more times 73 levels.

Why that happent? There is a limit level for plundering someone?
