formation gets cleared

For some reason or other, one of my formation had all ninja except main removed from it. This is the second time this have happened. No, I'm not using a wrong and empty formation, seeing as how all 3 of my formation are in use for different purposes (btw, I really would like more....)

based on the two times I have encountered this, it appears that this only happens with switching formation, as it is always discovered after I've switched to a different formation. There is no way to tell, of course, if the formation is "lost" when it is beings switched to or if it is "lost" while it is not in use (possibly when switching from it the last time)

This is mildly annoying because I have to reconfig equipments for my ninjas after each such occurrence.
