Hi, i always check the ranking of my server to see how behind i am in power :)... you can compare your stats, equipment, runes, etc and see where you're lacking...

Level alone is not a good indicator imo, you can slow your leveling while you strenghten yourself and end up being stronger than the average... Also, the average power changes depending on many conditions such as server activity, if/how much/where you spent money, if you plunder or not, and so on...
