I just wanted to post this picture of me pulling King of Hell, as a completely F2P who has not spent a single penny. I don't buy a lot of summon scrolls either, just bought one and decided to do a pull and got this. (Was actually aimming for the Gold Dog summon) So yeah, even F2P's who don't buy a lot of scrolls can get this guy, not sure where his threshold is but yeah. I think I'm the first one in my server too. Although I wouldn't recommend using your points on the monthly event to aim for this guy after seeing me get it though.
