I just wanted to post this picture of me pulling King of Hell, as a completely F2P who has not spent a single penny. I don't buy a lot of summon scrolls either, just bought one and decided to do a pull and got this. (Was actually aimming for the Gold Dog summon) So yeah, even F2P's who don't buy a lot of scrolls can get this guy, not sure where his threshold is but yeah. I think I'm the first one in my server too. Although I wouldn't recommend using your points on the monthly event to aim for this guy after seeing me get it though.

just to give u a how lucky you are took me 2k scrolls at once and got the king and still didnt get kirin -.- XD had the points after but still lucky af, been seeing the same with the sage naruto guys on my server. everyone getting them from free pulls XD if this is rigged tbh i like it makes it more fair for f2p players ^^

I've gotten probably 60 dupes overall or more and have all lvl 8 runes. Should be getting king of hell soon I hope :(

nope it's not i'm 510 scrolls atm and i know people at over 1000 scrolls its just luck based no threshold i assume
