Hi, are cross-server arena and matsuri not working in s300+ or something? I'm in S325 and haven't met anyone from other servers in arena and matsuri.

Hey

You may find the Arena Cross-Server/Rewards ruling on this thread, located Here

Relatively newer servers have to age before receiving Cross-Server functionally.
