I would like to see a NPC that lets say converts 10 of you low level refine rune to 1 Medium Refine rune. Same thing with cloths or anything else like that. This would be a smart thing as the game still gives it to you even though you don't need it anymore, it has no monetary value in the game, and takes space in your inventory.
