So, practically, Player's who haven't reached Six Paths once, their rank and points will not be reset. And they will receive the minimum rewards.

Well, If you weren't Six Paths, you wouldn't receive those rewards. You receive the minimum meaning the lowest amount.
From the look of things, the system does have you as a Six Paths player, meaning you've reached it once (According to the system) I'll forward this to the team to have them take a look at your situation. -
