I was wondering how many scrolls it took you to get S Jiraya, and how much it cost. Me being my * self made a team with him thats rlly op but I dont have him :P

Well I got Sage Jiraya on my first 60 pull out of Tendo treasure. The actual pull for him was actually a free draw. Didn't cost anything because i didn't buy the seal scrolls.

You can get him off your first 60 or you may never get him the rng is too random but i dont see many sage jiraiyas on my server pulled so i would say hes somewhat rare but considering the amount of events hes been in even a f2p should have him or at the very least be close to it if they wanted him that is but if your not close to getting him hes not really worth it anymore :D
