This is definitely my plan. Stay in Super Kage forever. Arena to 6 path every season takes up too much time. :Q

You guy do realize 6th paths doesn't get reset unless they want to climb all over again. Yes, it is true! If you do not rank up, but you have already received the rewards for the Six Paths Sennin rank once, then you will not have to always be striving to the top. You might take a break from the Arena, or take it slow. Your rank will not reset, and you will keep winning the rewards for the rank in which you were!

That statement is for Super Kage and below.

If you're a 6 Path Sennin at the end of the season, you will DEFINITELY reset before the start of the new season into a Special Jonin (due to the 12 Arena Points as part of 6 Path Sennin rewards).

So even if you don't want to rank up, lets say you stop at Super Kage rank, you earn your seasonal rewards of 54 common frags, 27 rare frags, 50 seal frags and wait what's this!? 9 rank points... so wouldn't you be leveled up to Six Paths and get reset the following month. Just lose a few matches, which is alot easier than winning.

Plus! By doing that, you're helping out those who are trying to climb the ladder! ;P

Can you even drop back to super kage after the forced promotion to 6 paths at end of season? You don't lose ranks when you drop below the minimum points needed.... On the other hand, go far enough into the negatives as a super kage before season end might work.

Once you get promoted to 6 Paths there's no turning back, gotta wait for the reset to climb to Super Cage and make sure you don't get back up to 6 Paths.

As for going far enough into negatives. Don't have to worry about that. Even at the basic points of Super Kage (i.e. the point to hit Super Kage exactly which is 46). The rewards of 9 more points will not get you to 6 Paths. So just need to lose 9 points a season and you're gold! ;P
