Two different questions

1) We say GNW Sakura added to the ninja list sometime around the holidays, but she hasn't shown up in the monthly calander yet. Is there any word on when we'll see her, I heard March is going to be GNW Sai.

2) How come we don't see Sailor Sakura as much in events lately? I want to try to get her but I don't collect frags very fast from the events.

She was listed on the screen in the events window, but I never actually saw her show up in the shop, it was 1010 and Gakido (one of the pains anyway) every day.
Yeah 3800 is expensive, I'm at 27 so I only need 53 more frags to unlock her. Granted that is a majority but would still be cheaper (though harder) to unlock her through earning frags in events like lucky board, star wheel, etc.
