1) I think they won't add her to monthly events for a very long time. Only reason they added Sai because not many spent on him? I mean they could have added GNW Tenten instead but they didn't because most players spent on her and they will not add something unless players stop spending on them.

Yes 80 fragments (3800 is overpriced btw), but most people have already collected frags for her (including myself). I think the OP means other than Land of Lightning. I hope she will be in the next lucky board like she was in December.

She was listed on the screen in the events window, but I never actually saw her show up in the shop, it was 1010 and Gakido (one of the pains anyway) every day.
Yeah 3800 is expensive, I'm at 27 so I only need 53 more frags to unlock her. Granted that is a majority but would still be cheaper (though harder) to unlock her through earning frags in events like lucky board, star wheel, etc.

I just need 7 frags for her. Been waiting for her to show up again in events.

5th Hokage Tsunade was in the ninja listing for months before she finally showed up in an event. It could be some time before GNW Sakura shows up as a log in reward. It's still possible for her to be April's log in reward; won't know until it's announced.

Sailor Sakura does show up in events to collect fragments from time to time, just like Sage Jiraiya. She'll come around again at some point.

All in all, it's just a matter of patience, really.
